The Android app Clubhouse is now available for download in India also. Clubhouse is a drop-in audio chat platform. Earlier, it was available only on iOS for iPhone users.
This app has been making a buzz as users here can create or join a room for voice conversations.
Clubhouse confirmed the rollout on its official Twitter account. This app’s listing on the Google Play Console confirms that users will need an app invite to sign up.
You can get your invite either by joining the waitlist or asking for one from an existing user.
The iOS version of Clubhouse was launched in March 2020. Now its Android availability could help increase the user base by letting more users get on board.
As users have been long asking for the Android version of Clubhouse. However, the rival apps are also trying their best to gain as many users as possible.
Facebook is also in the testing stage of an app called Hotline. While Twitter is already giving space to its users via Spaces.
