Even with hairy or scarred wrists, the twin health sensors’ presence enables precise health monitoring. A SpO2 sensor, sleep monitoring, and continuous heart rate monitoring are all supported by the watch. 110 sports modes, including gymnastics, yoga, hiking, dancing, cycling, and more are supported as well. Additionally, users can receive daily, weekly, and monthly numbers to better keep track of their physical activity.
Additionally to providing water consumption and sedentary warnings, the Watch R Talk Go also tracks menstrual cycles. Breathing exercises are also supported by it. A 300mAh battery powering the smartwatch can last up to 10 days and charges in up to 2 hours.
In-app GPS for tracking running routes, alarm, music/camera settings, weather updates, Find phone, and more capabilities are also available. A grade of IP68 is also supported.
