Additionally, users can receive daily, weekly, and monthly numbers to better keep track of their physical activity.
Additionally to providing water consumption and sedentary warnings, the Watch R Talk Go also tracks menstrual cycles. Breathing exercises are also supported by it. A 300mAh battery powering the smartwatch can last up to 10 days and charges in up to 2 hours.
