Users will now also have access to the message reaction feature. Let’s learn more about it.
The default messaging software for Android, Google Messages, is constantly being improved by Google. This software is always getting new features added by the company. There are several functions that WhatsApp does not yet have. You may now see a new messaging app icon after Google just updated this app.
You will be able to reply to messages with emoji after Google tests a new feature of this app. You must have come across and used a feature like that before. WhatsApp just launched a feature that allows you to respond to messages received by others with an emoji.
Can react to any message
Although it is presently in beta testing, this functionality may soon also be available in the stable version. In the test version of this Google function, users reportedly had a limited selection of just seven emoji. You must long press the message in order to react to any message.
Following that, a variety of emoji possibilities will show up in front of you, allowing you to select the one you want. Along with this, you will see the plus sign (+), which you may use to add it to a new emoji. This feature functions similarly to WhatsApp’s message reaction tool and is identical to it.
Currently, this app is available in beta
The most recent Google Messages Beta testers presently have access to this feature, according to sources. It is anticipated that the business will soon be able to release it to all users. On Google’s messaging system, you may also schedule messages. You must long-press the send button after typing any message in order to accomplish this.
You will then be given three standard options for sending the message. In addition to this, you can change the time and date if you choose. The message will be automatically sent on the date and in the chosen format.
