Instagram may not accurately transcribe your audio, so be sure to read and check the captions before posting them. Users are not able to edit captions currently.

Notably, the new feature is only available in English and English speaking nations.

Meanwhile, if you still don’t see this new feature, do not panic. According to TechCrunch, Instagram is “rolling out the captions sticker first to Stories and will then begin testing it in Reels, with a broader launch to follow.”
