Apple is planning to release the iPhone 15 series. Prior of that, there are some significant upgrades to the new smartphone series. According to rumours, the iPhone 15 Pro will include 8GB of Memory. The RAM on the iPhone 14 Pro variants is 6GB.
Apple will “increase RAM capacity and specifications” for the forthcoming iPhone series.
According to the source, the basic iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus devices would most likely include 6GB of RAM. But, they may be updated to quicker RAM, like the iPhone 14 Pro models were last year.
RAM on the iPhone 15 Pro has been increased
With additional RAM, the iPhone may be able to multitask more than ever before. With additional RAM, the smartphone can run more applications in the background at the same time.
The A17 Bionic CPU and RAM enhancements predicted for the iPhone 15 Pro models will increase overall performance.
According to the rumour, Apple will likely announce the debut of the iPhone 15 series in September of this year.
It was claimed last month that the iPhone 15 Pro models will have ultra-thin, curved bezels, as opposed to the iPhone 14 Pro versions.
Meanwhile, Apple just released a new security update to address a weakness in the operating systems of the iPhone and iPad that hackers have been exploiting in the wild.
According to the company, the security update is compatible with iPhone 8 and subsequent models, iPad Pro (all models), iPad Air 3rd generation and later, iPad 5th generation and later, and iPad mini 5th generation and later.
