Luxury meets technology: Garmin MARQ Gen2 smartwatches launch in India

Garmin India today announced the debut of the Garmin MARQ Gen2 Collection, which includes a plethora of new premium smartwatches. The MARQ Athlete, MARQ Adventurer, MARQ Golfer, MARQ Captain, and MARQ Aviator are among the five modern tool watches in the series. According to the firm, this premium collection is specifically created for adventure fans, featuring a brilliant AMOLED touchscreen display, a domed sapphire lens, and Grade-5 titanium for a better outdoor experience. Furthermore, the MARQ second generation collection smartwatches feature a rechargeable lithium battery that may last up to 16 days in smartwatch mode and 42 hours in GPS mode.

Price and availability information about the Garmin MARQ Gen2 line

All smartwatches from the Garmin MARQ Gen2 Collection cost more than Rs 1 Lakh in India.

  • Rs 2,15,490 for the Garmin MARQ II Adventurer.
  • Garmin MARQ II, Athlete: 1,94,990 rupees.
  • Rs 2,46,490 for the Garmin MARQ II, Aviator.
  • Captain’s Garmin MARQ II: Rs2,25,990.
  • Rs 2,35,990 for the Garmin MARQ II, Golfer.

Beginning on February 25, Garmin MARQ (Gen 2) collection ranges will be sold. Any watch from the collection is available for purchase from offline and online retailers. The collection is offered online through Synergizer, Tata Luxury, and Amazon as well as offline at the Garmin Brand Store and Just in Time Watch.

Specifications for the Garmin MARQ Gen2 collection

All watches in the Garmin MARQ Gen2 collection support multi-band GNSS, multi-frequency GPS, and Garmin SatIQ technology, which aids in displaying secure location accuracy in any scenario while also optimising battery life. The technique is believed to aid in real-time selection of the best satellite mode for the environment.

Garmin’s suite of 24/7 health and wellness features are included into the collection, including wrist-based heart rate, breathing, and stress tracking, improved sleep insights, and body-battery energy monitoring for tracking health vitals.

Garmin has also added a new jet lag adviser feature that combines sleep history and other variables to counsel users light exposure, sleep schedule, and exercise to reduce the impacts of jet lag on their next long-distance travel. The feature is designed to assist users in adjusting to new time zones while travelling.

Garmin MARQ II Athlete

This wristwatch has a titanium case, DLC-coated bezel, and vented silicone rubber strap, as well as advanced metrics for measuring and managing exertion such as training readiness, PaceProâ„, and real-time stamina.

Garmin MARQ II Adventurer

The Adventurer features an edge-to-edge leather design and a long-lasting FKM rubber hybrid strap, as well as a compass bezel and an orienteering feature for navigation.

Garmin MARQ II Golfer

Golfer features a golf-inspired colour scheme, green ceramic inlay, custom etched bezel, tritone green jacquard-weave nylon strap, preloaded golf courses, Virtual Caddie, Hazard View, Wind Data, PinPointer, and three approache CT10 golf club sensors.

Garmin MARQ II Captain

This smartwatch has a navy ceramic bezel with a regatta timer, a race-inspired striped jacquard weave nylon band, a built-in Regatta Timer, Alerts and Alarms for situational awareness, and access to the autopilot.

Garmin MARQ II Aviator

The Garmin MARQ Aviator features a brushed titanium bracelet, a ceramic 24-hour GMT bezel, a global aeronautical database for navigation, aviation alarms, and a Jet Lag Advisor watch face for globe travel.
