iQOO Z7x 5G is likely to be available in India by mid-April. It will be the same smartphone that launched earlier this month in China. The smartphone has been detected with model number I2216 at the Bluetooth SIG certification ahead of its planned introduction.
The Bluetooth SIG certification merely mentions that the IQOO Z7x 5G supports Bluetooth 5.1 connection and provides no other information. In addition to India, the gadget is scheduled to be launched in Malaysia after being certified by the country’s SIRIM organisation. The smartphone has also been added to Google’s list of supported devices, indicating that its global release is imminent.

The iQOO Z7x 5G smartphone boasts a 6.64-inch IPS LCD display with a punch-hole in the centre. The screen has an FHD+ resolution, a 19:9 aspect ratio, and a fast refresh rate of 120Hz. The Snapdragon 695 chipset, LPDDR4x RAM, and UFS 2.2 storage power the smartphone. The gadget is available in three variants in China, but only an 8GB+256GB version is expected in India.
The Z7x also sports a 16-megapixel front-facing camera and a dual-camera configuration on the back with 64-megapixel (main) and 2-megapixel (depth). The iQOO Z7x 5G uses the newest Android 13 operating system. It has a 5,000mAh battery as well as a fingerprint scanner on the side. The Chinese edition supports 80W rapid charging, while the global market variant may provide slower charging.
The IQOO Z7x is available in black, blue, and orange in China. The device is likely to be available in the same colours in India. It is expected to cost between Rs 14,000 and Rs 16,000, putting it below the iQOO Z7 5G, which is powered by the Dimensity 920 chipset.
