Poco M3 4G and Poco M3 Pro 5G both come with FHD +LCD display, water splash feature and Gorilla glass 3 protection.
POCO M3 4G has 6.53 inches of display with a refresh rate of 60 Hz 400 nits, 395 pixel density and resolution rate of 1080×2340. Talking about back cover, it has a leather-like cover and comes in yellow colour. It features a finger-print sensor and dual stereo speakers.
POCO M3 Pro 5G has some changes as compared to the former model which makes it look more aesthetic. It comes with a 6.5-inch display with a refresh rate of 90 Hz 500nits, 405 PPI pixel density and resolution rate of 1080×2400. The M3 Pro 5G sports a dynamic switch feature to switch from the standard to 90 Hz screen refresh rate. It has replaced leather with a reflective back and comes in yellow, blue and black colours.
Hardware
POCO M3 Pro 5G has made a lot of changes in its internal hardware. It has a faster speed processor and Media tek Dimensity 700 in place of Snapdragon 662 of Poco M3 4G.
Dimensity 700 has faster downloading speed of up to 2.77 Gbps, it has faster CPU and GPU performance. This new model is preferred for gaming too for its maLi G57 gaming GPU.
POCO M3 4G and Poco M3 Pro 5G both come in two storage variants, 4GB RAM /64 GB and 6GB RAM / 128GB.
Software
POCO M3 Pro 5G runs on custom MIUI 12 skin based android 11, while the Poco M3 4G uses MIUI 12 based Android 10 OS.
Camera
Both the models have same front and back camera set up. For back camera, both have 48+2+2 MP set up in which 48 MP is main camera and 2+2 MP is macro and depth camera. Both of these smartphones have 8 MP selfie camera.
Whereas there are some changes in video recording, Poco M3 Pro 5G has 4k recording feature.
Battery and price
POCO M3 4G has a powerful battery of 6000 mAh with a faster charging rate of 18W but Poco M3 Pro 5G has only 5000 mAh battery with the same charging rate of 18W.
Talking about the prices, the price of Poco M3 Pro 5G has not been disclosed for Indian Market yet. Poco M3 4G costs 10,999 for 4GB RAM/64 GB Storage variant and 11,999 for 6GB RAM/128GB storage.
