After an initial press release was issued by the PUBG Corporation about the Indian version, the game lovers felt that the game could soon be re-launched in the country.

Popular online streamers, including Kronton, Jonathan, and Dynamo, appeared in the first official teasers on social media and the Youtube channel of PUBG Mobile India.

After some time, PUBG Mobile India was incorporated as a private limited company.  The company has a paid-up capital of Rs. 5 Lakh.

However, the game is yet to get a green signal from the government for its re-launch in the country.

Answering an RTI question,  MeitY said that the permissions are not yet granted for the release.

So, all the game lovers are advised to wait for an official announcement from PUBG Corporation.
