In China, Xiaomi unveiled a brand-new mid-range smartphone. A Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 CPU, up to 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 1 TB of UFS 3.1 storage were included in the Redmi Note 12 Turbo variant. The unique Harry Potter Edition is the novelty’s standout feature, though.
The 6.67-inch OLED screen on the Redmi Note 12 Turbo has a Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The top of the screen houses a 16 MP front camera. The battery has a 5000 mAh capacity and 67 W wired charging is supported.
A 64 MP main sensor, an 8 MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2 MP macro camera make up the camera unit. The smartphone includes a 3.5 mm audio connector, Bluetooth 5.3, an IR sensor, Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth 6.0 modules.
There are three colour options for the Redmi Note 12 Turbo’s standard model: black, blue, and silver. The 8/256 GB version is $290 in price. Moreover, there are options with 12/256GB ($305), 12/512GB ($335), and 16GB/1TB ($378).
A unique Redmi Note 12 Turbo Harry Potter Edition was made available as a result of the partnership between Xiaomi and Warner Bros. The smartphone differs visually in several ways and comes with extra attachments.
The device costs $349 and comes in a 12/256 GB variant.
