Users can either record a video for the caller ID or may also choose from the available preloaded templates.

Users can also manage their Video Caller ID and whether they want to receive Video Caller ID from businesses and contacts. For doing this, users may go to Settings > Caller ID from the latest Truecaller app. And the video that the users will set as a caller ID will be stored in the Truecaller cloud.

The new version of the Truecaller app also offers a streamlined interface, here the users will have separate tabs for calls and SMS messages.

Separate tabs will help us get all of SMS, Truecaller Group Chats, and direct chats with just one tap.

Version 12 of Truecaller also brings call recording, which was earlier introduced for Premium users.

But now it is available for all Truecaller users including the paid and free ones.
