Unlock the classics with Apple music’s new app: Launching March 28

Apple Music Classical, a brand-new software that is currently available for pre-order on the Apple App Store, is the company’s entry into the streaming market for classical music.

Users can anticipate having access to over 5 million tracks, including recent releases in high-quality audio, as well as thousands of unique albums, hundreds of playlists, and more. Aside from that, take pleasure in in-depth analyses of significant works and biographies of the composers.

With the release of Apple Music Classical, Apple Music has entered the market for classical music. Apple Music is aiming this special product at classical music fans as part of its 2021 acquisition of Amsterdam-based streamer Primephonic, differentiating it from competitor Spotify’s AI and video-based discovery feeds.

Availability

Pre-orders for Apple Music Classical, which will be released on March 28th, are now open on the App Store. It is currently only compatible with iOS 15.4 or later-running smartphones.

The app is available for Individual ($10.99 / Rs. 99 in India) and Student ($5.99 / Rs. 59 in India) users and requires an Apple Music subscription.

Family (US$16.99 / Rs. 149 in India), and Apple One bundles, but not with the Apple Music Voice Plan (US$4.99 / Rs. 49 in India).
