The Pixel 8 Pro has dimensions of 162.6 x 76.5 x 8.7 mm and a camera hump that is about 12 mm thick. The display is reportedly 6.52″ smaller than the Pixel 7 Pro’s, although it appears that this modification was made to give the corners a more rounded appearance. Unsurprisingly, the power and volume keys are located on the right, the USB-C connector and speaker are located on the bottom, and the SIM tray is located on the left.
The future Google Tensor G3 SoC, which is reported to be based on the undisclosed Samsung Exynos 2300 and manufactured using Samsung’s 3nm technology, is anticipated to power the phone. Comparing this to the Tensor G2 manufactured on a 5nm process, performance and efficiency may ultimately improve.
In a move towards earlier releases, Google’s mid-range Pixel 7a smartphone has been spotted in the wild twice in the last two days, and now a new report from a source you can generally trust says it will be available in June. The Pixel Fold will launch in stores as well in June, the same source said.
There will be two colour options for The Fold: Carbon and Porcelain. Consider them to be black, dark grey, white, or off-white, accordingly. Only 256GB of storage will be offered for the gadget. As of now, pricing is reported to start at about €1,700.
The Pixel 7a, on the other hand, is reported to be available with 128GB of storage in the colours Cotton, Arctic Blue, and Carbon, with a Jade variant possibly on the way. Think of these as, respectively, blue (obviously), black/gray, white, and somewhat green. In the EU, pricing is anticipated to be around €500. According to rumours, Google’s I/O developer conference will include the announcements of both the Pixel Fold and the Pixel 7a.
