WhatsApp is reportedly working on several new features for iOS, including the large link preview that will allow users to figure out what the links are all about, with an ease.
WABetaInfo has discovered the large link preview feature, saying it is currently in development phase and will be available to users in a future update.
Furthermore, WhatsApp is working on the same feature for Android users too in order to provide high-quality previews for URLs on the latest beta version.
Also, for the websites that do not provide a high-resolution preview for URLs, a smaller thumbnail will appear.
View Once feature
Meanwhile, WhatsApp Beta users are testing a new feature which makes attached photos or videos disappear after they are viewed, just like Snaps on Snapchat.
Using this feature, WhatsApp users can send a picture or video that will be deleted after being viewed. WhatsApp chief Cathcart had confirmed the View Once feature last month.

Green colour notifications
In other WhatsApp-related development, the Facebook-owned chat application is also restoring green colour notifications for Android Beta users.
WhatsApp had first announced a new dark blue colour in beta update 2.21.12.12. However, WhatsApp has now decided to restore the old colour. Moreover, the blue colour did not receive much appreciation from WhatsApp users.
