According to a report released on Thursday, as gaming becomes more popular, 56% of female players are now thinking about a full- or part-time career in the industry.
50% of female gamers want to make gaming their career, which would offer strong financial opportunities and allow them to transform their hobby into a living (45 per cent).
HP India Gaming Landscape Study
According to the second edition of the “HP India Gaming Landscape Study 2022,” becoming a gamer is still their top choice, but they are also interested in other careers such as influencer or game software developer.
In addition to being a source of enjoyment and relaxation (92%), enhancing mental agility (58%), and socialising is also considered to be (52 per cent).
According to the report, 68 percent of gamers choose PCs as their preferred gaming device because they provide better processors, designs, and visuals with immersive displays.

39% of mobile gamers are wanting to convert to a PC for gaming, indicating that the advantages of PC gaming are also convincing them to transfer.
Only 2% of responders to the study have formal gaming training, according to the findings. While the majority of players focus on improving their own abilities, 32% follow a gaming celebrity to advance their abilities.
