The Chinese smartphone manufacturer, Xiaomi, has globally launched Redmi Note 9T and Redmi 9T. The smartphones hit the market as the company’s lower mid-range and mid-range offerings.
Redmi Note 9T gives a reflection of the Redmi Note 9 5G that is available in the Chinese smartphone markets. And Redmi 9T is a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 9 4G, which was launched as the Redmi 9 Power in India last month.
Besides Redmi smartphones, Xiaomi has also launched the Mi Smart Clock and Mi 360 Security Camera 2K Pro to expand its foothold.
The price of Redmi Note 9T is roughly Rs 20,500 onwards for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant, while the 4GB RAM + 128GB storage variant is sold at roughly Rs 24,100 in Europe.
The two versions of the Redmi Note 9T will be available in Nightfall Black and Daybreak Purple colors. Both the smartphones will be available for purchase from January 11.
The price of the Redmi 9T EUR 159 is roughly Rs 14,300 for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant, and roughly Rs 22,400) for the 6GB RAM + 128GB variant.
The Redmi Note 9T has a 6.53-inch full-HD+ display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio and a hole-punch design. Powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 800U chipset, paired with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM, the smartphone offers three rear cameras to its users.
The cameras offered by the phone include a 48-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel depth sensor and a 2-megapixel macro shooter. Besides these cameras, the smartphone also has a 13-megapixel up-front camera for selfie lovers.
The Smartphone offers 64GB and 128GB internal storage options. These storage capacities are expandable to up to 256GB. It has a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging.
The Redmi 9T operates on Android 10-based MIUI 12 and is available with a 6.53-inch full-HD display screen. The smartphone has an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 chipset. It is paired with up to 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM.
The smartphone also offers a quad rear camera that includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle shooter, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro lens.
A total of 8-megapixel front cameras are available on the Redmi 9T for selfies. To save items, it offers a storage capacity of 64GB and 128GB, which are expandable up to 512GB.
