Xiaomi 12T series: Xiaomi is gearing up for its global launch event on October 4. Ahead of the event, the smartphone maker has spilled the beans on the Xiaomi 12T Series and has announced that it will be launched during the company’s upcoming event.
200MP Imaging System
Xiaomi made the official announcement via its social media handles. With the hashtag #200MPImagingSystem, it also confirmed that there will be a 200MP camera technology in an upcoming smartphone, which could be the Xiaomi 12T Pro.
Xiaomi 12T series
The Xiaomi 12T and the Xiaomi 12T Pro will be the part of Xiaomi 12T series. Xiaomi is also expected to launch the Redmi Pad during the launch event.
Xiaomi 12T Series: Specifications and features
An octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8100 processor will reportedly power the Xiaomi 12T. The Pro variant, on the other hand, may get a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC under the hood. As per reports and rumours, the Xiaomi 12T Pro may get a 120W HyperCharge fast charging and a 5000mAh battery unit.
The Xiaomi 12T and the Xiaomi 12T Pro may offer a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, centered punch-hole notch, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
Display
The Xiaomi 12T Pro is expected to come with a 1.5K resolution display. The vanilla variant may get a Full HD+ resolution display.
Camera
While the Xiaomi 12T Pro will most likely sport a 200MP camera sensor. The vanilla variant on the other hand, will likely come with a 108MP camera setup.
