Video streaming website YouTube and Google sites including Gmail, Google Drive on Monday suffered major outage across the world. Some users in India also faced issues in watching videos and while logging in.
DownDetector website showed users reported problems with YouTube, indicating the problem was widespread and many users on Twitter reported that YouTube wasn’t working for them.
As the users clicked on the video, this message was displayed – “Something went wrong.”
We are aware that many of you are having issues accessing YouTube right now – our team is aware and looking into it. We’ll update you here as soon as we have more news.

Meanwhile, YouTube has responded to its fans via their official Twitter handle. In its Tweet, Team YouTube said, “We are aware that many of you are having issues accessing YouTube right now – our team is aware and looking into it. We’ll update you here as soon as we have more news.”
Many users reported that they were facing troubles in using Google accounts. While trying to login Gmail, the users were seeing Temporary Error (500) along with the following message:
“We’re sorry, but your account is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience and suggest trying again in a few minutes.You can view the G Suite Status Dashboard for the current status of the service. If the issue persists, please visit the Help Center.”
