Bride Arrives by Helicopter in Agra: Who Needs a Car? Forget the Horse-Drawn Carriage, This is a Dream Wedding!
Bride Arrives by Helicopter in Agra: In a wedding that could only be described as larger-than-life, a bride in Agra made her grand entrance by helicopter, leaving the traditional horse-drawn carriage far behind. The breathtaking arrival took place in the village of Akola, in the Chahar Bati area of the Malpura police station jurisdiction. As the helicopter touched down at Chaudhary Charan Singh College, a crowd of excited villagers rushed to catch a glimpse of the bride and groom—an entrance more fitting for a celebrity than a typical wedding.
The groom, Vivek Chahar, an engineer from Nagla Parmar in Akola, shared that the extravagant entrance was a fulfillment of his late grandfather’s final wish. Vivek explained that his grandfather, Rajan Singh Daroga, had always dreamed that his grandson’s bride would arrive in the village by helicopter. "We just had to make his dream come true," Vivek said.

The bride, Neha Chaudhary from Gurgaon, admitted that she never imagined she'd be flying in a helicopter to her new home. "I never thought I’d arrive at my in-laws' house this way. It’s surreal!" she said, expressing gratitude to everyone involved in making this dream-like wedding a reality.
The moment was marked by a show of support from both families and local authorities. Accompanying the bride and groom were Vivek’s family, including his father Rakesh Chahar and uncle Rajan Chahar, along with the village head representative, Dr. Gambi Singh. In addition, the police and fire brigade were on-site to ensure safety during the dramatic arrival.
It was a wedding that defied all expectations and set a new bar for "extravagant entrances"—because when your grandfather has a wish, you don't just drive to the wedding. You fly in style.
