The standout detail? His butternut squash soup recipe now includes a pinch of garam masala, an aromatic Indian spice blend known for adding warmth and depth to dishes.

Despite previously voicing concerns about India’s pollution during a podcast appearance, Johnson has become an enthusiastic fan of Indian cuisine. In December 2024, he even praised Indian food for its health benefits, stating: “The future of strength lies not in fast food and football, but in health, science, and Indian cuisine.”

Maintaining Control During International Travel

Even as he celebrates Indian flavors, Johnson’s disciplined approach remains. When traveling to Mumbai and Bengaluru, he brought along six days’ worth of pre-measured meals to maintain his diet.
