In a significant development, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has taken major action against controversial YouTuber and winner of Bigg Boss OTT 2, Elvish Yadav, along with Punjabi singer Rahul Yadav, popularly known as Fazilpuria. The ED has seized properties belonging to both individuals in Uttar Pradesh and Haryana. Prior to this, the ED had recorded statements from both Elvish Yadav and Fazilpuria and conducted extensive questioning.

Elvish Yadav is facing allegations related to the delivery of snakes, which has raised eyebrows and drawn public attention. Notably, he was previously arrested by Noida police in connection with the illegal trade of snake venom, prompting the ED to register a money laundering case against him.

What Charges Are Filed Against Elvish Yadav?

Elvish Yadav is facing charges filed by Noida police under various sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, the Wildlife Protection Act, and the Indian Penal Code (IPC). Yadav has consistently claimed that the allegations against him are baseless and fabricated. Following an investigation, the police also removed the charges related to the NDPS Act against him, stating that the situation had arisen due to an error on their part.

This ongoing case has garnered significant media attention, highlighting the issues surrounding wildlife trafficking and the illegal trade of substances. The ED's actions reflect a larger crackdown on such illegal activities and the commitment to uphold the law.
