Meerut: Car Coming from Wrong Side Hits Kawad Yatri, Leads to Chaos and Violence, Watch Video

A serious incident occurred near the Kashi Toll Plaza in the Partapur police station area when a car coming from the wrong side collided with a Kawad Yatri (pilgrim). The impact shattered the Kawad, inciting intense anger among the pilgrims.

Following the collision, the pilgrims became enraged and resorted to vandalizing the car. They also physically assaulted the driver, expressing their frustration and anger. The situation escalated quickly, with the pilgrims creating a major disturbance in the area.

The police intervened and detained one Muslim driver in connection with the incident. However, three other individuals involved in the incident remain at large. The police are actively working to calm the agitated Kawad Yatris and bring the situation under control.

Authorities are urging the public to remain calm as they work to resolve the issue and address the grievances of the affected pilgrims.
