A Punjab origin businessman of London has hogged the limelight lately after he gifted his contractor a luxurious ₹1 crore Rolex watch. According to Bath, he was so impressed by the outstanding work of Rajinder Singh Rupra on his sprawling property in Zirakpur, Punjab that he was moved to present him with such an expensive gift. Bath owns a precious 9-acre property in Zirakpur where Rupra had carried out a huge construction project, which had transformed the property into a majestic fort-like structure.

An 18-carat yellow gold Rolex, with coveted Oyster Perpetual Sky-Dweller as well as an Oyster bracelet featuring solid gold links, adorns this very deserving recipient. Bath said that the house, rather like a luxury fort than a residence, was completed in time with over 200 people working on it every day. It is a marriage of luxury and practicality.
