According to reports, Iffat's health suddenly deteriorated during her lessons. She complained of chest pain and difficulty breathing, after which she collapsed. The school's teachers immediately informed her family, who rushed to the school and took her to a nearby private hospital. Despite their efforts, Iffat's condition did not improve, and she was later taken to a hospital in Gajraula, where doctors declared her dead.

The private hospital's doctors confirmed that the cause of death was a heart attack. The sudden and unexpected death of the young girl has left her family in deep shock and mourning.

The tragic incident has also caused distress among the local community, as the young girl was known to be healthy prior to the incident. Her death has raised concerns and brought attention to the health and well-being of children in the region.
