However, the mall's security had other plans, insisting that the duo trek up the stairs instead of using the elevator. Talk about taking the stairs to success—literally!

Determined, Goyal climbed to the third floor via the stairway, despite the apparent restriction that delivery partners could only use the stairs. After experiencing this “no-elevator” adventure, Goyal took to social media to share his experience. In a video that has since gone viral, he can be seen sitting on the stairs, chatting with fellow delivery boys about their daily grind.
In his post, Goyal emphasized the necessity for malls to collaborate closely with delivery partners to ease their jobs. He pointed out that malls need to show a bit more humanity when it comes to the struggles of delivery workers.
