Jhansi Hospital Fire: Fire broke out in Medical College, 10 children died, 6 fire brigade vehicles were on the spot

Jhansi Hospital Fire: A devastating fire broke out in the Neonatal Ward (SNCU) of Maharani Laxmibai Medical College in Jhansi on Friday night. The fire tragically claimed the lives of 10 newborn babies, whose bodies have been recovered. Six fire brigade vehicles were present at the scene to control the blaze. The cause of the fire is still unknown. The incident occurred around 11:30 PM. Following the tragedy, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath instructed Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak and the Principal Secretary of Health to immediately head to Jhansi to oversee the situation.
