Humayun's Tomb (Delhi)

This is a great example of Mughal architecture, from where the idea of building the Taj Mahal came. This building made of red stones is included in the UNESCO heritage.

Sheesh Mahal (Lahore Fort)

Though it is now in Pakistan, it is an unrivalled example of the beautiful craftsmanship of the Mughals. Its glass decorations are worth seeing.

Shalimar Bagh (Kashmir)

Jahangir built it for his wife Noor Jahan. It is a beautiful Mughal garden and is full of greenery.
