France will offer India extra oxygen capacity in the coming days. This comes as India is battling the coronavirus crisis.
Many world countries including US, Germany and others are offering aid and help to the country to cope with a record surge in coronavirus infections.
The assistance from France will include oxygen ventilators, as per sources. India has now become the world’s top coronavirus hotspot lately.
The European Union is also preparing rapid assistance for India, European Commission chief Ursula von der Leyen said earlier.
As the deadly second coronavirus wave sweeps across India, it recorded 3,52,991 fresh Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours. Moreover, the country saw 2,812 deaths.
This comes apparently after President Joe Biden-led US administration faced criticism for turning a deaf ear to the dire COVID-19 situation in the countries like India and Brazil.
