Israel once again launches air strikes on Gaza over incendiary balloons

Israel yet again launched air strikes on Gaza overnight Thursday to Friday. It comes as a retaliatory move to the militants in the Palestinian territory who again set off incendiary balloons into southern Israel.

The latest escalation in violence between Israel and Palestine comes after a ceasefire that ended 11 days of heavy fighting.

After the Israeli airstrikes, Hamas militants also opened fire with heavy machine guns. Israeli air strikes on Gaza were the first under its new government headed by Naftali Bennett.

Israel army chief Aviv Kohavi also issued orders to increase the IDF’s (Israeli Defense Forces’) readiness and preparedness.

Moreover, Egypt, along with the United Nations, are hoping to support the reconstruction of Gaza.

The war had broken the whole tower blocks which were later reduced to smoking rubble.
