Russian troops are not withdrawing from Ukraine but rather regrouping, said NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg.
NATO highlighted this after Russia’s announcements about its decision of scaling down the military operations around Kyiv.
The US, Ukraine and other West countries are suspicious of Moscow’s moves and pledges. As per Reuters report, Russian troops are busy regrouping in Ukraine now.
There seems to be no end to the belligerent country’s military objectives since it first launched the invasion against Ukraine.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy also reiterates that his country’s defense against Russian invasion is at a “turning point” now.
The country battered by war again pressed the US for help.

Earlier this week Kremlin’s forces reneged; this came after a pledge from Russia to scale down some of its operations.
The US also states that Russian President Vladimir Putin was being misled and misinformed by his own advisers.
On the other hand, Russian economy is bearing the brunt of strict sanctions imposed by West.
