World countries are tightening the sanctions against a belligerent Russia. Both Germany and France have also expelled dozens of Russian diplomats, terming them as spies.

On the other hand, the Ukrainian government said that 18 journalists have been killed in the country since Russian invasion began.
The US allocated $250,000 to give “assistance and protection” to Ukraine in case it is targeted or threatened with chemical weapons.
The Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) announced this contribution.
Ukraine now says that Russia is regrouping its troops and preparing for an offensive in Donbas.
The Russian troops are also continuing to block Kharkiv. Russia has been facing global accusations of war crimes after troops pullout from the outskirts of Kyiv showed streets full of corpses.
Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskiy would also address the UN Security Council today.
When it comes to war crimes allegations, Russia has been categorically denying these as mere accusations, calling them “criminal provocations.”
