In U.S., Saba Haider from Ghaziabad wins the election of the DuPage County Board but fighting as the candidate of Democratic Party. She defeated a candidate of the Republican Party, Patti Gustin, with 8,500 votes. Earlier, she could have won that election by the margin of 1,000 votes. elections

As Democratic Candidate Saba Haider Wins DuPage County Board Election 

A native of Ghaziabad, she has been actively promoting yoga in the United States for the past 15 years by offering both online and offline training to thousands. Saba has been involved with health, education, environmental causes, and anti-drug awareness campaigns. Her initial schooling was at Holy Child School, and then graduated with B.Sc. from Ram Chameli Chadha Vishwas Girls College where she topped. She further pursued her Master of Science degree from Aligarh Muslim University where she won a gold medal in Wildlife Education. She wedded Ali Kazmi from Bank of America in 2005. Saba and her husband Ali Kazmi jointly shifted to the U.S in 2007. Currently, they have two children, Azeem Kazmi who is the boy child, and Aiza Kazmi, her girl child.

She was impressed because of good work and elected as the candidate for DuPage County Board in the year 2022; then, she lost by a few votes but did not lose hopes and is the winner of today. Saba's achievement depicts seriousness to the society and eagerness to change the things, which one would bring towards the system through active involvement in varied schemes.
