IRCTC Super App, Big Gift to Millions of Rail Passengers!  App for All Ticketing Needs

IRCTC Super App for millions of rail passengers, offering an all-in-one solution for ticket booking and other services, making travel planning easier and faster.
 

At present, various standalone apps are being used by the passengers for different services; for example, IRCTC Rail Connect for booking tickets, while IRCTC eCatering Food on Track is used to order food, Rail Madad is offered for feedback, and others include UTS, which is used for an unreserved ticket, whereas the National Train Inquiry System is used by passengers to gather information related to trains.

IRCTC Super App to Integrate All Rail Services

The proposed Super App will integrate all the above-mentioned services within one user interface. This is one of the developments from Indian Railways, in the overall scheme of improving passenger services by adopting high technology. The Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi has partnered with the Center for Railway Information Systems (CRIS) to advance the agenda of security in the railway system, traffic management, timetables, and many more.

The Super App will be opened to two options: the passenger and freight. Customers will be able to book what they need. Customers who are passengers will easily find varied services in the app-including flight, cab, and hotel bookings-or even reserved and unreserved ticket booking and tour packages. Other options include making reservations for e-catering, retiring rooms, or executive lounges while simplifying travel planning even more.
