Tragic Overtake Turns Fatal: UP Assembly Secretary Braj Bhushan Dubey Dies in Highway Accident on Lucknow Route

UP Assembly Secretary Braj Bhushan Dubey Killed in Highway Accident on Lucknow Route In a tragic incident late Thursday night, Braj Bhushan Dubey, Secretary of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly lost his life in a fatal road accident while traveling from Ayodhya to Lucknow. His car collided with a truck near the Ganoli cut in the Patranaga area on the highway.

According to news, this accident occurred when Dubey attempted to overtake some other vehicle. His car lost control and his vehicle drifted to the other side of the road and bumped against the divider. The impact was so severe that car got completely damaged. Dubey died at 52 years of age, while the son Krishna, who is also called Raja Dubey, is injured but is okay now.

Police and Investigation

Local police arrived promptly, taking both victims away after receiving the report of the accident to a nearby hospital. Unfortunately, Braj Bhushan Dubey was pronounced dead on arrival by medical staff, while Krishna is being treated and should recover. Family members of the two have been informed of the tragic accident.

CO Ashish Nagar reported that Dubey hailed from Surekha Khas village in the Paikolia area of Basti district. The accident took place around 12:30 a.m. on Thursday night.
