A shocking incident unfolded in Varanasi’s Revdi Talab area, under the Bhelupur police station, where a man attacked several people with an axe (farsha) following a minor dispute. The assailant, reportedly of Nepali origin, injured six people in the violent altercation, four of whom sustained serious injuries.
Local police arrived promptly at the scene and arrested the attacker. The victims are from the Muslim community, and the attack has stirred tensions in the area. In response to the incident, angry locals surrounded the Bhelupur police station, demanding justice.
