Public, friends-only and private audiences work with comment and resharing controls in the women-first model for women's visibility, livelihoods and digital dignity. Safeguards cover children in adults' posts without accounts.

Operator access to private content is restricted by multi-layer device-to-device encryption, rotating keys and Zero Knowledge Server Architecture. One-time passwords authenticate account access, while operational records have a separate purpose. SNDESH, introduced at the briefing, gives platform-linked messaging three layers: device-to-device end-to-end encryption, message-level keys and rotating server-side protection. Also in standalone development, it excludes private exchanges from advertising and feed ranking. KHOZU.com was introduced for evidence-first search and AI-assisted discovery, combining inspectable sources, updated answers and visible corrections without profiling searchers or exposing protected media and messages.

Advertising uses different inputs. Subject, language and locality guide ZHAN's contextual, hyperlocal advertising; agencies supply campaigns, translation and merchant support. Programme terms allocate creators 70% of applicable content-attributable income. District-level plans concern creative production, community operations and language support. Task-specific multilingual assistance comes from HOLA AI; EZOWM supports commerce, while ZWATO handles business administration. Shared engineering keeps service permissions and national datasets distinct, excluding private conversations, searches and purchases from advertising profiles.

Hyperlocal-first Local Digital Worlds connect chosen districts, languages, communities and diaspora audiences without movement tracking. Softa's natural feeds are user-directed rather than behaviourally ranked, combining the no-pushed-algorithm model with zero behavioural tracking. Posts, status updates, short clips and long-form video channels share the super app with pages, clubs, buddy connections, news, messaging and individual or group voice and video calls. Singh associates Gen Z uptake with privacy, control and local relevance.

Singh links twelve years of India-focused research with rural needs and European privacy culture. A Finnish citizen, he has lived in Finland for over two decades. He said no Finnish or EU funding, government grants, external venture capital (VC) or business-house backing financed development, preserving data-use independence despite European opportunities.
