Square Enix has finally announced the much-awaited mobile version of the popular game Final Fantasy XIV, which is being developed by Lightspeed Studios, a developer known for the PUBG Mobile. The new mobile iteration will bring in the expansive world of Eorzea to mobile with a faithful recreation that is well-loved by many. Final Fantasy XIV, first launched in 2013, has reached above 30 million registered players across platforms. Finally, mobile gamers can enjoy playing this legendary game on their device, as if the actual gameplay, story, and engaging features that the players have been accustomed to are retained.

The mobile version of Final Fantasy XIV promises to deliver grandeur in the original game's mechanics, such as battle content, story duties, as well as non-combat activities like fishing and Triple Triad, racing chocobos, among others. Naoki Yoshida, producer and director of Final Fantasy XIV, pointed out in the announcement that the mobile version would seek to deliver an easy experience to appeal to current players as well as newcomers alike.
