iPhone SE 4 Price Leaked Ahead of March 2025 Launch: Specs, Features, and Pricing

Apple’s upcoming iPhone SE 4, rumored to debut as the iPhone 16e, is creating a buzz ahead of its anticipated March 2025 launch. According to recent leaks, the device could cost $500 (approx. ₹42,700), marking a potential price increase over its predecessor, the iPhone SE 3, which launched in 2022 for $429 (approx. ₹36,700).
iPhone SE 4: Expected Features and Design
The iPhone SE 4, or iPhone 16e, promises significant upgrades. Departing from the iPhone 8-inspired design, it is expected to adopt a modern look akin to the iPhone XR or iPhone 12. Key enhancements include a 6.06-inch OLED display, replacing the older 4.7-inch LCD, for improved visual quality.
Apple is also rumored to drop the Touch ID home button, replacing it with Face ID, reducing bezels and aligning the SE model with Apple’s latest design trends.
Under the Hood
The iPhone SE 4 is expected to be powered by the new A18 chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM, doubling the RAM of its predecessor. With these improvements, the device is poised for better multitasking and advanced AI-driven features. It will also offer 128GB of internal storage, ensuring ample space for apps and media.

Enhanced Camera System
The 16e is rumored to feature a 48MP rear camera, similar to the iPhone 16, bringing high-quality photography to Apple’s budget lineup. The advanced "Fusion" lens is expected to enable sharp images and 2x zoom capabilities without sacrificing detail.
Cost-Saving Measures
Reports suggest Apple’s decision to use an in-house 5G modem instead of Qualcomm’s could lower production costs. However, whether these savings will be passed on to customers remains uncertain, as Apple’s pricing strategy also considers market positioning and competitive dynamics.
iPhone SE 4 Pricing
Leaks indicate the iPhone SE 4 will be priced at $500, or ₹49,900 in India, following the usual price gap between U.S. and Indian markets. This positions the device as a more affordable yet capable option in Apple’s lineup.
