Nvidia RTX 5060 Series Launched in India: ₹33K Starting Price, Blackwell Power
Nvidia’s RTX 5060 (₹33,000) and 5060 Ti (₹42,000) GPUs debut in India with Blackwell architecture, 16GB VRAM, and DLSS 4 support, delivering double the performance of RTX 4060.

Nvidia has launched the GeForce RTX 5060 and RTX 5060 Ti GPUs in India, the beginning of its Blackwell architecture for mass market gamers. Available starting at ₹33,000, the GPUs offer revolutionary AI and ray-tracing experience, with the Ti model available starting immediately and May for the regular one.

- RTX 5060 Ti: ₹42,000 (now available on Amazon India).
- RTX 5060: ₹33,000 (available in May 2025).
Partner brands ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte, and Zotac will release custom-cooled and factory-overclocked variants. Laptops with these GPUs from Acer, Dell, HP, and Lenovo will also release in May.

Specifications & Features
Based on Nvidia's Blackwell RTX architecture, the RTX 5060 lineup replaces the Ada Lovelace-based RTX 4060 series. Principal improvements are:
- 8GB GDDR7 VRAM (RTX 5060) / 16GB GDDR7 (RTX 5060 Ti).
- 6,144 CUDA cores for parallel processing improvement.
- 5th-Gen Tensor Cores: 759 AI TOPs for DLSS 4 and AI-related workloads.
- 4th-Gen Ray Tracing Cores: Enhanced lighting and shadow realism.
Nvidia states that the RTX 5060 series is twice as fast as its predecessor RTX 4060 using DLSS 4 Frame Generation, allowing 100+ FPS in AAA games such as Avowed and Hogwarts Legacy.
