Coming hot off the back of PUBG Mobile 3.5 winter update, it has created a lot of anticipation among gamers for the new update, PUBG Mobile 3.6, which is expected to come in January 2025. The new Golden Moon update is going to bring about a new desert environment and a lot of new things like sandstorms, golden sands, and exciting gameplay features.

Leaks about the PUBG Mobile 3.6 update indicate that it's going to be a desert-themed overhaul, much like Aladdin mode, which was first introduced earlier this year. With the Golden Moon theme, players can expect dramatic changes in environment, shifting from winter to a burning desert landscape.

There are new weapons, skins, and an A11 Royal Pass gun, besides premium crates that can be purchased from this update, just like with other updates. These crates, as expected, would come with exclusive rewards for giving players more options on personalizing their game. Here are the new features of PUBG Mobile 3.6 update:

The inflatable boat is going to be a really innovative addition to the game, and players will carry it in their backpacks and inflate it when necessary. The speed of the boat will depend on how many players are on board, so it will add some tactical layers to the game. Several new elements for the Miramar map include urban ruins, sandstorms, race tracks, and even an oasis for players to explore.

The update will come with the addition of a Tactical Pack that will also enable the players to carry more helmets, vests, and guns to enhance further loadout flexibility. Further, it is not revealed whether this update will host any new bosses, such as the Dragon or Vampire, of the last few updates.

What's in Store for PUBG Mobile Players?

Details on the update are still vague. However, more info on this is expected to unfold in December 2024 end. Until then, a player can enjoy their existing winter theme, conquer a dragon boss, collect the awarded rewards, and partake in spins to claim higher rewards of crate reward boxes at the Mythic or Legendary level.
