Triumph Trident 660 2025: Enhanced Electronics and Bi-Directional Quick Shifter for Ultimate Riding Experience!
Triumph Trident 660 2025: One of the significant updates for the 2025 model is the addition of a six-axis IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit), which enables advanced cornering ABS and traction control to be included as standard features. Additionally, cruise control has been added to enhance the riding experience. Triumph has also upgraded the quick shifter, making the bi-directional quick shifter standard on the 2025 Trident 660, whereas it was previously an optional feature.
Suspension and Handling Improvements
The motorcycle now features a 41mm Showa Separate Function Fork Big Piston (SFF-BP), replacing the previous lower-spec SFF forks. The top yoke has been upgraded to a forged aluminum unit, improving strength and reducing weight. However, the rear monoshock remains unchanged from the previous model.

Engine and Riding Modes
Powering the 2025 Trident 660 is the same 660cc inline-triple engine, which continues to deliver 80bhp and 64Nm of torque. A new Sport ride mode has been introduced, complementing the existing Road and Rain modes; this mode offers a more responsive and engaging riding experience.
Braking System and Aesthetics
The braking components remain consistent with previous models, featuring 310mm dual discs at the front and a 255mm single disc at the rear, both sourced from Nissin.
Color Options and Pricing
The updated Trident 660 is available in four color options, three of which are new: Cosmic Yellow, Cobalt Blue, and Diablo Red. The classic Jet Black color continues to be offered. Notably, the pricing for the updated model in Europe remains unchanged, and it's expected that Triumph will maintain this pricing strategy in India, where the current model is priced at ₹8.25 lakh (ex-showroom).
Overall, the 2025 Triumph Trident 660 brings significant electronic enhancements while retaining its strong performance credentials, making it a compelling option in the middleweight motorcycle segment.
