Vivo has introduced its new budget-friendly smartphone, the Vivo Y18t, in the Indian market.  It is a 4G phone under Rs 10,000, sports a 50MP camera, and houses a 5000mAh battery, complementing all the premium things that occur when paired with an LCD screen, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and expandable storage.

Specifications and Features of Vivo Y18t

The Vivo Y18t sports a 6.56-inch LCD with a 720p HD resolution, which it uses with a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Unisoc T612 processor and comes in 4GB RAM and 128GB storage variants, expandable via microSD cards. Its runs are done with Android 14, to which the FunTouch OS 14 is added.

The Vivo Y18t comes with a dual rear camera setup that includes a primary sensor at 50MP and a 0.8MP secondary sensor. For selfie enthusiasts, there is an 8MP front camera. The device packs a massive 5000mAh battery, supporting a charging speed of up to 15W. Thus, it should have ample battery life. Nonetheless, the phone does not ship with a charger in the box. To protect against dust and water, the device comes with an IP54 rating. A fingerprint sensor is placed on the side of the back for greater security.

Available in Space Black as well as Gem Green, the Vivo Y18t can be purchased in one variant featuring 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage for a price of Rs 9,499. Its sales platform is Vivo's website as well as off-line stores. The looks are very similar to the mid-range Vivo handsets and the camera module with a golden ring gives it a stylish finish.
