Delhi Woman, Pregnant With Boyfriend's Child, Files Rape Case Against Boss, Extorts Rs 32 Lakh

In a shocking case from Ghaziabad, a woman from Delhi filed a rape complaint against her former boss, a well-known businessman, allegedly to extort a settlement amount of Rs 5 crore. Following her complaint, police arrested the businessman and sent him to jail. During this time, the woman also allegedly extorted Rs 32 lakh from the businessman's wife by promising to reduce charges in the case.

Reinvestigation Uncovers the Truth

The businessman spent 95 days in jail before he managed to meet with the Ghaziabad Police Commissioner, prompting a reinvestigation into the case. This reinvestigation uncovered that the rape accusation was entirely fabricated. The woman was found to be pregnant with her boyfriend's child, and reports revealed that she had initially been caught trying to install a spy camera in her boss's apartment. Before he could report this incident to the police, she accused him of rape.

Due to poor initial investigation, two inspectors and another police officer were found guilty of negligence in handling the case. The businessman, who has an annual recorded turnover of Rs 150 crore, is now seeking justice for the time he spent wrongly imprisoned.
