Hyderabad Petrol Pump Fire Incident, Drunk Man Arrested After Reckless Dare!
 

A shocking incident was reported from the Nacharam area of Hyderabad where a man identified as Chiran was detained on Saturday evening for setting fire to a petrol pump after getting drunk. This incident happened around 7 PM and sent panic waves among the crowd present at that time.

According to reports, when Chiran was clearly visible, intoxicated, and also holding a cigarette lighter; an employee by the name of Arun took keen interest in him. Asked by Arun whether Chiran was going to actually light the lighter, he teasingly dared him to try if he "had guts." Chiran took it as a challenge and attempted to light the lighter when it was being filled with gasoline for a scooter, giving rise to an immediate combustion.

Ten to eleven people, including employees, were at the petrol pump when the fire began. A woman and child, who narrowly escaped the flames, provide a glimpse into the horrific situation seen in the CCTV footage. This alarming incident has led to several arrests that might prove catastrophic for them.

The police arrested Chiran and Arun and charged them with "mischief by fire and explosives." Inspector G. Rudvir Kumar from Nacharam Police said that the case was serious and warned that such careless behavior might have led to a major explosion in the crowded area.
