In the clip, she refuses to pay the fare of ₹50 because she is "staff," and thus travels free of cost. The conductor firmly responded that the bus was under the Rajasthan Roadways and could not travel free of charge, and she had to pay the fare to get on the bus.

The video, uploaded by the account "Ghar ke kalesh," has already gathered 74,000 views, giving way to numerous reactions from social media users. Many criticized the attitude of the constable. It was noted that many officials have the problem of entitlement. The comment that best describes it was this: "What kind of reasoning is this?" A second comment had said that "This is a completely unacceptable attitude." It serves to highlight how many citizens are frustrated by the manner in which certain public servants act, again leading people to question accountability and service to those in a position of authority.
