Several restaurants across the city will offer up to 20% discount to the voters as an incentive to vote. Dubbed "Democracy Discount, " this is available for all on 20 and 21 November 2024.

Well, getting the Democracy Discount at Mumbai is quite straightforward. All one needs to do is flash a voter ID card and an inked finger at restaurants participating in the offer. The bonus was intended to encourage turnout, since Mumbai did not do its part well on previous election days.
