As per the Reserve Bank of India's holiday list, one of the prominent festivals in the list, Chhath Puja, would cause all the banks in Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, and Delhi to shut for this festival. Especially, for the evening rituals of Chhath Puja on November 7, there would be a bank closure. November 8: As a part of the continuous holidays, morning rituals as well as Wanggala Festival are celebrated in the state of Meghalaya.
