Treasure NFT Shuts Down: Website Offline, Social Media Suspended
Treasure NFT has shut down completely. Website is offline, social accounts suspended, and users fear massive losses. Rebrand claims now in question.
Following weeks of rumors, it's finally official — Treasure NFT has practically ceased to be. Once a promising project in the world of NFTs, the venture has now disappeared completely from the online space, leaving investors shocked and perplexed. With its website off-limits, and official X (Twitter) and Instagram handles suspended, the writing is on the wall: Treasure NFT is done.
Platform Disappears: From Suspended Handles to Dead Site
The drama commenced in progress when Treasure NFT social media channels were suddenly put on hold owing to "policy breaches." This act shut off all formal user communication, numerous which had previously been sitting awaiting the eagerly expected withdrawal progress as well as roadmap announcements.
And now, the coup de grâce: the project's official domain, treasurenft.xyz, yields a DNS error with the text "This site can't be reached." No redirect, no update, and definitely no reassurance — just silence.
Rebrand or Red Flag?
In early April, Treasure NFT had proclaimed that it was rebranding to "Treasure Fun." But users and critics alike have doubted the authenticity of that statement.
“If this were just a name change, we’d see the old site redirecting to the new domain. But there’s nothing — no redirect, no update, no new website,” a Reddit user commented.
The abrupt disappearance without transition or transparency has led many to believe that the so-called rebranding was little more than a cover for a full-scale shutdown.
Users Left in the Dark — and in Losses
Thousands of investors are currently feeling rage and betrayal throughout crypto spaces, claiming the platform was an exit scam orchestrated by design. Several users had invested large sums, believing the project's initial promise of "gamified NFT experiences" and airdrops through the TreasureFun ecosystem.
A few users had been waiting for months for a withdrawal window that now appears to be an impossible dream.
It was all a lie. First they disappear from Twitter, then Insta, now the entire website is missing. We want our money back," one of them posted on X.
Legal Questions, No Accountability
Though there's increasing buzz about making legal complaints, the decentralized and cross-border aspect of such crypto projects makes it challenging to enforce accountability. In the absence of any official word or contact with the project team, users are left to rely on piecemeal information and one another.
There's also no indication of an investigation by any regulatory body so far — adding more frustration to users who feel cheated and dumped.
