UP Board Exam 2025: Class 10, 12 Exams Begin on February 24, Admit Cards to Be Released Soon

The UP Board Exam 2025 for Class 10 and 12 will run from February 24 to March 12. Admit cards will be issued on upmsp.edu.in and distributed through schools. Around 54.38 lakh students will participate, with advanced AI monitoring and strict anti-cheating measures in place.

The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has announced that the Class 10 and 12 board exams for 2025 will start on February 24 and end on March 12. The admit cards for the exams will be available shortly on the official website, upmsp.edu.in, from where school principals can download them. The hall tickets will be issued to the students by their respective schools.

Exam Details and Participation:

This year, 54,38,597 students are going to appear for the board exams. These include 27,40,151 students enrolled in Class 10 and 26,98,446 students signed up for Class 12 exams. Compared to last year, 55,25,342 students appeared for the board exams.

The estimate is that each examination center will allow 2,000 students, a significant rise from the number to that of the previous limitation of 1,200 students per center.

AI-Based Monitoring and Anti-Cheating Laws:

To ensure a fair examination process, the UPMSP will install AI-powered surveillance systems at exam centers, which will be supported by newly established high-tech computer labs. In addition, a strict anti-cheating law will be enforced, with penalties including fines up to ₹1 crore, lifetime imprisonment, or both for those caught cheating or assisting in cheating.

Student Help Desk:

As part of the preparation for the exams, the UP Board has also established a helpline desk to clarify students' doubts and help them prepare for the exams. The subject experts are available on call at 8865018818 between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM on working days.
