He was also a founding member of the Free Will Players, a theatre company that annually hosts the Freewill Shakespeare Festival in Edmonton. Additionally, he founded his own company, the Atlas Theatre Collective, which was dedicated to fostering new and innovative productions.

Arnold's dedication to his craft earned him numerous accolades, including the prestigious Sterling Award for his performance at the Edmonton Fringe Festival. His contributions to the arts and the theatre community have left an indelible mark that will be remembered for years to come.
